No breakfast as advertised and promised. Roaches in the kitchen all sizes. I attempted to call the front desk via telephone they never answered. Front desk knocked on our day around 8:15 am Thanksgiving morning. I thought he came to resolve the roaches, instead he asked for my payment. I gave the young man my debit card at check in and told him I had my room and my brothers room. I explained to him that my card was on file and out of all the years wed visited wed never had anyone come to our door for a payment. Turns out the front desk locked my brother and his family out of their room. Probably locked us out of ours??? Anyway, I explained the roaches and the clerk never said a word. The General Manager called me as I requested and I informed her that wed stayed here when this location was the Marriott always had 1-3 rooms. Never had anyone come to our door and ask for payment. Anyway, this stay was horrible. No breakfast, roaches, misinformation and lies about this location being turned into apartments. Weve stayed here for over 10 years, we will never return.

Room: The layout of the suite and the full kitchen (especially the oven). Staff: Can't remember his name, but the front desk associate on November 15 was welcoming and eager to see to every need and desire. Other staff, not so much.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel, most of the time when I come to town I stay here I already have two or three more reservations for this year the rooms are spacious the bed is extremely comfortable staff is excellent.

I've never stayed in any hotel in any price range that provided so much value for the money. It was a large suite, very comfortable living room, large, well-equipped kitchen, wonderful bathroom with lots of counter space. Even enough space in bathroom to set up ironing board. Comfortable bed with excellent bedding. Quiet room. Parking very close to room. I did not have time to explore pool area. Hotel is in a nondescript location and is not particular appealing on the outside. However, it offered more comfort and convenience than any property I've stayed in previously, including ones in the luxury category.

This company went far and beyond to assist me ! I had a situation and then seen that I able to complete my visit! The receptionist & her supervisor took amazing care of me for my stay! They were the meaning of true customer service !

The staff was courteous and professional. Everyone was very welcoming. Will most definitely recommend Sonesta ES Suites to friends and family. Hope to make this a yearly meeting. My friend and I even met another guest with whom we exchanged numbers, will keep in touch with, and hopefully she can join us next year. It just goes to show that when the employees are kind and comfortable at their job, guests feel that same level of comfort. Five Star All the way!
